This oil is a true full-spectrum CBD extract, containing the complete range of compounds found in the organic hemp we use in order to maximise its effects on the body.

We only use oils extracted from the finest, organically grown hemp flowers, meaning that they quickly deliver the desired effect.  Our oils are stronger and more effective compared to most other oils on the market, as many are made from highly processed or synthetic CBD.  A smaller dose can be used compared to most other oils, meaning that one bottle lasts for longer.

This 10% full-spectrum oil is naturally high in other cannabinoids which can have a beneficial effect, including CBDA, CBDVA, CBG, and many more.  It also contains a small amount of THC, but within the legal limit and you wont get a ‘high’.  Along with the naturally occurring terpenes, flavonoids and essential oils, these compounds all work in harmony to enhance the effect of the CBD on our bodies.  This is known as the ‘entourage effect’.

This oil provides a medium dose at 5mg per drop, and can be used to help manage a wide range of conditions or to supplement everyday wellbeing. This is perfect to help you establish the right dose for you, as you have more control over the amount you take compared to the stronger CBD oils available.

If you’re just starting out, our recommended CBD dosage is a couple of drops of our 10% full-spectrum oil in the morning and evening, ideally before a meal. Just pop the drops under your tongue and hold them there for at least a minute (the longer the better to aid absorption into your system).  You can then increase this gradually over the following days and weeks if you would like a stronger dose. Consistency is key so try to take your CBD twice a day.

If you are taking a fairly typical dose of 30mg per day, this bottle will last you over a month. The current maximum daily guideline by the Food Standards Agency is 70mg.
