We are here to help. Unfortunately, if the product seal has been broken we are unable to accept returns.

Of course, if a product has reached you that has been damaged on route or is of unsatisfactory condition we will exchange and cover postage fees, aiming to make sure you have your product as soon as possible to start your journey to wellbeing.  Please take a photo of any damage along photos of the shipping packaging.
